    There is at least one driving school ( I happen to work for them at another branch location) in San Diego that specializes in commercial driving instruction for active military. They use the "Top-Up" benefit to pay for tuition. In many cases, the benefit pays for 100%. If you checked the college option on your enlistment contract, your CO must make every effort to allow you to attend during normal duty hours.
