I tried swift(no call back yet), maverick (wants 1 year), werner(wants 6 months), schiender (wants 3 months), prime(wants 1 year),crst(no call back), knight (no call back).
I'd really rather not go someplace really bad but I guess a mans gotta do what a mans gotta do.
P.S.-I'm in PA

I'm puzzled by your post. By "no job history" are you saying you HAVE your CDL but haven't yet driven?
If you answer "yes" to the above, then did you get your CDL from a school? If yes to this then realize you still need training and as long as your school is recognized by the company, you should qualify to enter their training program.
Or did you get your CDL on your own, borrowing or renting a truck? If so, you need OTR experience to even qualify for training. Swift, for example, takes three months OTR in lieu of school and you can enter their full training program.Rusty Trawler Thanks this. -
Have cdl, need to go for training.

Did you get your CDL "on your own" or through a school?

Through a school.

Ok. Can you answer the question? Did you get the CDL from a school, or just take the tests and got it? Also where are you at? @Chinatown will need to know both before giving a list.
Puppage Thanks this. -
As i said in the OP, I'm from pa.

Why no job history?
TequilaSunrise Thanks this. -
If you went to a school to get your CDL, and they aren't offering any assistance whatsoever with job placement, I'd say it's not such a great school. But that's just my opinion.
TequilaSunrise and Puppage Thank this.
