Yep, bus. 98, last gate before the water. I should be out there towards mid week, I've got some other loads to handle before I get back out that way.

I take it you work out there? I'll probaly be over there Friday, early though I try to leave Tally by 2am, so that puts me over your way around 3am your time. If you happen to be on shift come on over and I might let you flip my tarp for me:biggrin_25515: Seriously though, those sure lock tarp systems can be a major pain in the arse sometimes, not something I like to deal with that early in the A.M.

No I'm on the beach, but I have pulled a few loads out of there when I was with AWC Carriers back in 03. All of them went to Lewisburg, TN.

I'll probably mosey over yonder after L-Tryptophan celebration day and see who is pulling outta there now.

For those of us in the Tampa area, I went through this list and contacted recruiters to see if they hire recent school graduates from this area. CCC, CTL, Swift and Werner said they hire recent grads in this area. Covenant and US Express only hire teams out of the Tampa area. The rest of the companies either require experience, won't touch anyone in the Tampa area or both.

Well I am in Tampa and would not say the jobs are not out but the ones that are available are few and few between, when you see craigslist ads for OTR drivers every week listed they must be hiring out of Florida.

Load boards are full of freight so the opportunities are here for outbound, just have to match the experience with the company.

How many of those craigslist ads are legit? In my experience, most ads on craigslist are phishing scams, regardless of industry.

    Bigarmin88 Thanks this.
