Don't be late without calling them first. Allow auto-track. And, FFS, the PPE issue isn't an issue if you really are an experienced trucker. Only rookies would have an issue with that or expect every shipper/receiver to provide it. Send the papers ASAP (dunno why anyone would hold it when they can get paid pretty much now). The 3 hrs detention is likely not THEIR issue, it's very likely the shipper/receiver. Some don't even pay detention, and that's also spelled out in the ratecon. Sysco, for example, doesn't pay detention, but you can count on 4-8 hours every single time. So, that one I understand. The rest? No.

Of course the exceptions are if this trip gets me home or if I'm about to do a 34 reset. -
XPO, Inc. - Wikipedia.gentleroger Thanks this. -
You know those papers you signed while onboarding? That's a part of it. You agreed not to hold back papers. Don't believe me? Ask HR for a copy. You signed, thus they can fire you with cause. -
Keeping me rolling was in the paperwork, too. They violate the contract, so do I. I'm already having to use my personal phone and my data plan to send in this paperwork. That was NOT in any contract I signed. So if they want to play that game, let's have the opening kickoff. -
