No more pod !!!!!

Now if we can just get rid of +1headache a week things could be pretty good.

Well its hard to pass the buck when there is only one person to blame. Don't get me wrong there are alot of Awesome DM's at swift but if you can pass the blame on getting things done then things just do not get done. I will be sad to see the pod fleet's go because all it means to me is that when i rip someone a new whole for being wrong they might actually remember me the next day.

 

That was the major problem of the POD. You could talk to one regarding a problem, then later they are gone and you are talking to someone else explaining again and then later you might be talking to another one. Many times there just was not any communication among them, especially if it was a Friday and the problem was going to happen on Saturday. They were leaving at the end of the day, so what do they care, at least that was my impression when I was on the POD in PHX

 

Pod fleet's excluded few individual DM's are different
