Take a plate off another truck... preferably one that's unassigned... and roll on.

and then he is in worse trouble than not having one! Some states have cameras that can read the plates as you come in to scales, and if that doesn't match the transponder info.......

Dont that state only have one plate? If not take the one off the back and put on the front. If no plates at all then did you do a pre trip and I would have never drove it off the lot. Sorry.

Hmm.. strange, someone must have switched the plate. Good registration, no other problems... be on your way, sir.

"License plates shall at all times be securely fastened to the vehicle for which they are issued so as to prevent the plates from swinging, shall be mounted in a position so as to be clearly visible, and shall be maintained in a condition so as to be clearly legible. The rear license plate shall be mounted not less than 12 inches nor more than 60 inches from the ground, and the front license plate shall be mounted not more than 60 inches from the ground..." (some special vehicles such as garbage trucks, semi's, etc. have different specifications).

Not sure. Shop found it while on yard and i got the ok to drive via qc message and email. I have a name but its only first not last. I wouldnt have drove it off yard but just started this division and dont want to piss people off. Like the other guy said, its not safety issue and i could get fired.
