i have a 1995 international 4700,444e with a 7.3 international motor, the truck isnt gettting any power so i had the ecm rebuilt but im still having the same problems, what else could be causing this problem

Can you have the fuel pump bench tested somewhere nearby? Please tell me you've replaced the fuel (if old) and fuel filter .... bad injector(s)? When you say "no power", can you be a little more specific as to what you mean?
