Unfortuanately providing a restroom doesnt always do it. Stopped at a Flying J a few afternoons ago and parked on the FRONT row CLOSE to the doors to run in for a minute. Opened my door and was imemdiately greeted by the guy from the truck next to me taking a big long leak right on the ground next to his truck.Simply providing a restroom doesnt really help with some of the goons we have out here. Was going to complain to his company but I looked up the name and it turned out the guy was a single unit owner operator. We have some real winners out here making us all look real bad. While i understand your point i think you drasticly underestimate the ability of some of these"drivers" to do the right thing even when the conditions are in their favor.
No restrooms?!

Ya I know and I do get it. Many is the day that i parked and stepped out of my truck only to be greeted by the smell of piss. Hell I watched a guy take a leak while parked at a rest stop no more than 50 yards from a bathroom. But the thing is Im not speaking for the animals out there Im speaking for me, and Im not going to let a company treat me like that. They WILL provide a bathroom for me or they can clean up the mess they get as a result of not providing said bathroom and maybe just maybe they might think twice about thier crappy policy. I have never had anyone refuse me the use of thier bathroom after telling them Ill crap in thier parking lot if i have too, and I have yet to be banned for saying it too.
They know what they are doing is wrong, but people will abuse you for as long as you let them. I choose to call them on it and not let them abuse me, because you know what, Even if they did ban me its cool because I dont want to go back there anyway and there are plenty of other customers I can service that arent idiots. -
Best, most practical and legal advice here is by whomever said drop trailer in the door and go find you some facilities. Of course you pin-lock your trailer for security reasons while you're gone for several hours.

They won't. All that will do is reinforce for them the notion that truck drivers are animals that are too nasty to use their bathroom. Then, they will start limiting the amount of time that drivers can even spend on their property to try and prevent it from happening in the future.

HE DID!

Cargill Fullerton CA won't let you use the bathroom, a very crabby overweight lady tells you there are restrooms at the Mickey D's about 1/2 a mile away!

Oh crap.....You saw me!?

The no restroom deal has only happened to me one time. After loading I drove around to the front of the building and used the restroom that was located next to the lobby area. No hassles from the woman at the window in the lobby either. She must not have talked to the folks out back.....

Well if they limit the time a driver can spend on the property then I guess you will get unloaded faster
no down side to that. I will say this if I was a dock manager I would put up with a bathroom that gets trashed from time to time then have my yard smell like piss or be covered in poop.
