I lost turns and hazards out of no where. I've removed the breaker/fuse and cleaned the ends but nothing.. no click on either. Not sure where to look next.

Depends by truck. Mine is in the left panel of dash

I looked up the part and I don't see it. Was told by a local mechanic that it could be the multifunctional switch. I took it off and took it apart and don't see anything broken or not in the right place. It has 12v.. has ground.. not exactly sure how they work tho..

I wouldn't even know where to start. Never worked on a Peterbilt. If I had to take a stab at it I'd verify power into/out of the fuse. Verify it at the switch and verify its coming out of the switch. Basically just keep moving along the circuit until I lost power.
