You continue to contradict yourself. Just say you cheat, I do too.
But you cannot blame the e-log.
    Blame the hours of service.

I was on I80 yesterday somewhere in Illinois and saw JB Hunt up the road take 20 minutes to pass another truck. He cut off a bunch of 4wheeler to do it too. It was a busy Saturday at that. Had the hammer lane backed up about a mile. Drivers that do that crap should be cited for impeding traffic. I seen a lot of slow passes but that one took it to the next level.

I suggest that you try and avoid the truck stops. Clustering up with 100 other trucks is not conducive to getting a great sleep either. Pick a nice quiet spot, maybe a side road, empty parking lot, anything is better than a truck stop. 100 fat, smelly, sheeple mentality types, all clustered together is about as appealing as crapping yourself. Also the amount of whining from many of those so called truckers, i when i say many, its about 70% usually, its as bad as watching the tv show called The View, except that is all women #####ing, and truck stops are mostly men #####ing. If you are paying attention, and look, there are many places to stop. Yet for some reason truckers seem to all want to flock together like sheep. I have tried a few truck stops, least appealing places on earth in my opinion. And don't be scared to get a mile off the highway, that is often where the true gems are found. And if you are otr you're likely only pulling one trailer so it can be backed into almost anywhere. To say that I hate truck stops is an understatement! Also if you want to order up some Chinese food for example, most places deliver. They will bring the food right to you....yes i have ordered Chinese to my truck before, and more than once.

Thats not cheating- Its Called putting my day together to get the job done...Without garbage in my way.

Cheating is knowingly driving more than 11 a day- Thats Cheating- Cheating also is running over a 70. Thats Cheating....

You'll Never "Get it" you E-log lovers.

Hours of service- Its Fine- I Prefer the old 10/6/8- But 11 hours a day is More than enough seat time.

I have no desire to even work that hard anymore- My point is That your NOT seeing- Isnt HOS...Its Putting My day Together without distraction/obstructions that cant be overcome with a stupid ELD.

Now Goodbye- You Youngins will never understand.

Cheating is also going over your 14. I mean if you are going to use the 70 as a criteria for cheating, how can you ignore the 14?

You know, here's another thought that comes to mind. You make the point about guys missing appointments, which if I've missed one, it was because of something out of my control. Some drivers take advantage of delays at the shipper and receiver and they grab a nap knowing that a run may turn into a graveyard run. Some use that 8 and 2 split, which is extremely valuable, especially pulling a flatbed. How many people have you seen fooling with their phone on delays instead of trying to rest? How many drivers stay in communication with their driver mangers about delays? I dont think a lot of drivers even value their time in the sense of efficiency. Regardless of whether they use paper or electronic

Bro, you said that you cheated in so many words without actually saying, "I cheated," or "My log book wasn't current."
