    I'd be careful with shops that have a rotating staff behind the counter. Clay seemed to do decent work but he had high school kids working on customer radios that had no idea what they were doing.

    Palomar works really good with Cobra 29 chrome LTD ( 4 watts , 16 watt pep,100% modualtion) and the Ranger sra 198 works really good with higher watt radios like Galaxy 99v2 and General Lee.

    I also have a RK 56 that says Turner Roadking on the back ( bought about 8 years ago) and it sounds really good on both single and dual final radios.
