Noisy doors on T2000

    Continuing that thought, if the front of the mirror was shaped right, it would cause the mirror to push in on the door ! Wait a minute, I'm gonna call the patent office !

    I've got the same issue with my T2. Been told the doors need to be adjusted or re-hung. I got self adhesive weatherstripping from Home Depot & placed it on the cab where the seal touches. Effectively thickened the seal & killed a lot of the noise. I get a strong side wind, though, and it's like sitting inside a 20,000 lb bird call it whistles so bad...

    KW told me today that they first adjust the hinges, which probably means new plastic bushings, too. They said if that doesn't work that they send the truck to a particular autobody place in town that supposedly fixes it. Maybe I'll buy the bushings kit for the doors and do the rehang myself to see if that fixes it.
