Non CDL truck driver needs log?

Personally, I would rather they catch the guys running commercial and no signs first.

Yeah , good ol' MA . They kept the Class B requirement at 18,000 lbs. GVWR longer than anyone else . My son had a Ford dump truck under 26,000 lbs. and they kept stopping him to check for a medical card .

I have a CDL. I work for a Car Dealership in Maryland. I deliver new FORD cars and non comerical trucks (F150, 250, 350's) all over the counry and return to Maryland with a trade in. Am I subject to DOT regulations.REO6205 Thanks this. -
If you are driving a vehicle over 10,000 GVWR (or subject to HAZMAT) for commercial purposes you are a commercial vehicle by DOT regulations.
Most 350's will be over 10K GVWR, so will need to be transported following DOT rules.
