    yeah I do understand that, I meet with my lawyer Monday, so I took to this forum to get an idea of what people have to say about the topic i asked about, from prior experiences to be more broadened of the subject matter. Not to get an "answer" and make my decision based on a forum, come on now.

    I understand, but people here giving you advice based on what their specific contracts deal with, is not going to give an understanding of your contracts. That is like saying does your pepsi taste like coke. While similar they are totally different. So better to go in without bad assumptions from us here, and go by the legal from your lawyer.

    Rough estimate here but Im guessing there are at least a million shippers in Michigan. Broaden your horizons perhaps and focus on the 999,000 you haven't worked for through your brokers.

    Probably get better CPM out of them anyways as you won't have to be bidding against those other brokers.
