Non experienced position

You didn't lose much with WM. They have ridiculous rules. Like if your truck is in an accident. Three of those and you're fired. Doesn't matter if it isn't your fault. Even if the truck is parked, and someone runs into it. That's counted against you. ..... You didn't lose.
In my experience with trash. Management are idiots. Just demand you bang your head against the wall. Take on the flake freak out attitude. I interviewed with Waste Connections...the supervisor had no idea how many dumpsters they did a day. Talk about incompetent!
Pursue the food companies. They are good jobs. USfoods, Sysco... there are others. They hire no experience. Good job, good pay. Healthy job.
