Non Lethal Force options for personal protection?

Not charged.
But lost the truck and personal items.
Go Fund Me was set up but don't know how that went.

As for non lethal force, if I’m ever in a position, which I hope I’m not, to draw a weapon, there will only be one story

 

my daily is a sig 365, smaller then my I phone

 

Firearms are very non-lethal, a least till they need to be lethal.
Case in point, my Mother was home alone when a man tried to gain access to our home. She racked the slide of her 45 and he cleared out quicker than a old roller dog goes through a FNG trucker.
The moral of the story is simple. You don't have to shoot the bad guy! In fact you really don't want to shoot the bad guy because then you have to prove he was a bad guy or face being locked up with a whole bunch of bad guys. But if he gives you no other options, if he forces you to defend yourself, I rather have a real firearm in my hand then a toy that might just piss him off more.

 

And then there is the story of attacker not pausing to stop at the sight of a gun. All my life i have been told
Never point a gun at someone without shooting them, as they will make you wish you did

 

Never had the need for protection. Hit the gym and take up some kind of martial art.

 

I was taught to never point one at something that you didn't intend to kill.

 

That is one of the rules of gun safety.

 

If you can get a hold of some Freeze Plus P pepper capsicum spray..its what we used at the PD. It shoots in a stream... Don't get anything that delivers in a spray. Scoville heat scale is over 1 million,..u can't really feel anything worse way under that number anyway. Believe me it will render you incapacitated...27 yrs seen it used a lot..it works..would trust it over a taser anyday. U can buy it on line last I checked
