I was in Connecticut at the time, however I run all of New England and New York on a regular basis venturing to New Jersey and Pennsylvania at times.

The reason I asked is that the province of Sasketchewan is enforcing a different level of this for the same reason.
In the states, the amount of diesel that requires placard and hazmat is 119 gallons. Gasoline is a different amount and much lower. -
Thanks for the thought but I'm US only and not outside the northeast region. I think this guy just had a hard on for me if nobody knows what he's talking about. No other inspector has ever bothered me about it.
