    wasnt totaled but it did have some damage. To be honest, I think she was trying to set me up for a pay day. She was cited for no insurance. I think the state trooper took it easy in her.





    I think she would try and sue the company if anything but I don't think there is much of a case as she wasn't even to be there with no insurance on the car.

    That's how California law operates. If you don't have insurance you cannot collect on damages. If she did try to sue I would hope a judge would shut her case down. Like you said she wasn't even supposed to be there.
