Being as it isn't all that private, I said:
I followed you because we seem to be in a similar situation, and it would be cool to be able to update one another on what's going on. I've known of these forums for years, but since joining it...holy crap do I love it :) Should have done so earlier!

Weird. Will have to check the settings. No problem! yea it's a very useful site but it also put the fear in me early on on what I was getting into. Did you decide on who you're going with?

No, I haven't even made phonecalls yet. It's a long story, but it will probably be towards the end of the summer before I'm in a position to go forward with everything again. I, like you, am really interested in some of the opportunities Schneider has though.

Well I don't really feel like flying to Dallas, then Phoenix and after orientation back up to Portland. Someone told me I should really start with a company that does the orientation locally (like Swift) that way I am not miles from home but I mean even if I was doing their team training I might be in another state. I looked at Werner as well. What I don't get is why Werner and Swift don't do hair follicles testing? I'm more nervous about sharing a hotel room to be honest for two weeks.

I mean, being far away from home is kinda part of the game lol. Are you specifically looking for a local gig? I think most companies just do urine...I feel like that's probably fine, since it shows recent use. At my orientation I shared a room with a guy from Mexico, and luckily, we got along wonderfully. Way more worried about the trainer :/

Swift now does hair follicle testing. Remember, Knight Transportation merged with Swift and the whole outfit is now under Knight management.
Werner also does hair follicle testing.

    Rocknroller4 and finsternis Thank this.
