I used "Idle Air" for the first time and was really disappointed. The 120V outlets did not work. The sleeper berth never seemed to get warm enough as all the heat was up front, and the window template (yes, the correct one) fits poor enough to allow quite a draft. Also being plastic, it doesn't seem to be as insulating as glass. But the worst feature? Awful TV picture. Some channels were barely visible, and even the best ones were grainy. Is this normal, or was I at a bum spot in the lot, with a defective unit?
Normal for Idle Air?

I used it only one time & never again. The window unit smelled like a dirty wet ashtray and the air conditioning smelled like cigarette smoke. Even though the company paid the fees; not worth the filth and smell.

I've used it a couple times strictly for a game I wanted to watch and never had an issue with the TV picture.
Which location did you use? -

Used it once here, kept the cab cool enough with out any unpleasant odors , didnt watch any TV, used the internet, swicted trucks, the insert for the window doesn't fit anything thing else. haven't used it since.

Wow. I thought IdleAir went out of business a while ago. Did someone else buy it and get it going again?

I suppose if I didn't have an APU and LTE internet hotspot and satellite TV, and was forced to sit 24-36 hours and hotel could not be found, I might try one again. I haven't used one since about the time they became "popular" way back near their inception.
