1. Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

I've been an otr flatbed driver since August of 2006 up until January of this year. I drove hard those 2 1/2 years but pretty much legal and logged about 300,000 miles. I did get a speeding ticket in my pickup but that was over 3 years ago. No DOT reportable accidents and I made sure my equipment worked right or I got it fixed ASAP.
I'm looking for an O/O with a few trucks or a small Company of less than 50 vehicles that will keep me rolling, don't really care where, and pay a decent wage. I'll do skateboards again but would prefer dry van as I don't know for sure how many more years the body can take the flatbedders abuse. I'll be 60 next March and hope to drive until I turn 68. Send me a PM with a phone number or email and maybe we can hook up.
I live about an hour east of the Twin Cities just off I-94 and I don't mind running 2 or three weeks at a time. About the only thing I don't like is getting a load that borders too close to being illegal; I haven't had a late delivery yet and don't want to start now!
Sure hope to hear from somebody that wants to hire an honest, hard worker soon as the cash flow is starting to dry up fast. Thanks.
