"Nosing in" ........WHY?

Harder to nose in using an E log I would presume.

I cant believe it, some o/o with a flatbed just nosed in next to me, and is idling ######. That pisses me off, he must know im nosed in so i dont have to listen to his stupid truck. Il just move I guess or go to sleep, whatever.
