Retired Firefighter and I'd like to drive trucks but I don't have a CDL as Emergency Services doesn't require it.
What is your opinion on a good company or school school that will train you and pay for the training and let you pay for it later????

Welcome to the forum Braindonor. There a quite a few carriers that offer in-house training with tuition repaid once the student begins driving solo or as a team member. These are just a few that come to mind and in no particular order:

    Millis
    Central Refrigerated
    Werner
    Swift
    Watkins Shepard
    KLLM
    Roehl
    Con-Way
    Stevens

    Good luck to you!
