The apprenticeship program requires at least 6 months experience. I have seen them make exceptions for the right canidate that has been to school as well. If you draw a line from Minneapolis/St Paul MN south to Laredo TX that is about as far west as we normally run. There are a select few loads that go to California or New Mexico. We have had O/O but I have no clue how many we currently have or even if they are looking for O/O. The only spec I knew about was that the truck had to be 10 years old or newer.

 

Did anyone know that from September 11-17 its truck driver appreciation week?? I didn't know it till I got a check in the mail from the owner of Cheeseman's personal checking account in appreciation for the work "we drivers" do. Then for all the other employees they are having a catered lunch on Friday. This is just one of the things l can really respect from this company. I have plans on Friday afternoon with my family I asked "is it possible I could be home in time to pick my kids up from school?" Without hesitation I was told no problem. It's these little things that add up to really show there is a company that really cares for its employees.
