If it was me, and there was no property damage, I'd eat that tow bill, and keep my mouth shut. Obviously, if there is damage to the truck, or somebody's property, that isn't the way to go.
Sorry this happened to you, but things do happen.
I got blown off the road with a truck and empty pup, on ice. Damaged the tractor and took out a good chunk of Farmer Joe's fence. I got three days beach time for it, and richly deserved it.:(

    Ouch. Sorry to hear that.
I had my first wreck about five weeks ago, a one vehicle incident. I got complacent, ended up sucked into a snow bank. Certainly gives the ego a hit.
The good thing is, life moves on...

I might have been a little complacent... I was focused more on not running over the stop sign and forgot to watch where my steers are and when i noticed it was to late to save it.

Angle was really steep. If my trailer followed at all I woulda rolled. First time ever I'm really glad I have 45k in the wagon. That being on level ground helped keep me from goin over. Best part is no load shift or damage or anything. My load bar even stayed in place... and they come down if you sneeze to hard

That's not always a bad thing... I would look at it, after hearing the story, and think "well I bet he won't do that one again". Companies that see that and think oh my God he is a huge risk we can't hire him! aren't worth the time of day. I look at it as motorcycle riders. There are those that have fallen, and those that haven't fallen....yet. How many do you think really drive for 30 years without a few bumps and scrapes? Very few. The only difference is today's world records absolutely everything. Nobody is perfect. Don't beat yourself up too much over it.

Ouch. Are you getting pulled in to go for a drive with big brother looking over your shoulder too? That will suck also. But in the big picture it could have been something way worse that happened, I know your pride is really hurting at the moment but it's just a minor bump in the road, so to speak.

Keep your chin up, it isn't as bad as it feels to you right now.
