Not happy with genox

I thought I was going to enjoy working with this company but it's not been so good. They constantly lie about money, the biggest problem with them is the fact that they don't stick to their contract for jobs. And the try to treat their drivers like company drivers. I'm trying to stick it out for a while and things get better but if not I'm going back to pulling tankers. I have Fort Transfer and Heniff for my options. Is there any other companies out there with a decent lease purchase?
