well got back to portland on monday on the 7th put the truck in the shop took tell thursday so was in a motel room. buged and bugged them. still have a elctrical problem. got out on the road bunk heat worked 1 hr. took them two days to get the air problem taken care of. well second day out we notice our eyes were burning sore throat we could smell exhust now and then thought it was trucks going by and we were sucking in there fumes. come to find out we had the leak coming into the truck. third day we started duck taping the boot up around the gear shift and vents. we got to cheyenne wyoming now at least in the international real shop. but will be here at least three days so in a motel again. my dm said no empty trucks on the west coast so i said you are wrong this one will be empty when i get back to portland. 8 times in a shop in a month. i need another truck done with this lemon. was a swift lady here at the shop her truck was doing the same as mine. she has had nothing but problems also. had a bolt in drive tire by idaho boise called it in told them was leaking air poured water on it bubbled up. they said keep going so i did made it 30 miles blew. only thing good about breaking down here in cheyenne is i will get to see my dad he lives 92 miles from here. hope to be back on the road by sunday hv home time the 23. they did get the seat fixed at least there is air holding in it. so my lemon truck and i are once again down. total days of 8 times in the shop missing in a month down is 9 full days. put in for break down pay dm said he would see. what is there to see? asked about being repayed back for motel room only 54 dollars a day he said he would see what his boss said. what is there to see and say. can't stay in the truck 6 degrees here not sleeping under the bridge. why does this have to be so diffcult. my dm should take classes on how to be nice instead of making rude comments and diggs all the time. well off to lay down all plugged up from the exhust leak. everyone traveling the south west mid west drive careful weather is bad.
I would have asked them which motel to go to. Get a company advance on the Comdata card or have them give a CC number on the phone to the motel clerk! Your DM needs a butt whoop'n!
The way things appear with this DM, wouldn't be surprised if that Comdata card goes as an advance and comes out of Sandys paycheck! What is this "we'll see" garbage from her DM?
