That is correct. Speed limiters only in Ontario and Quebec. provinces.

There is a huge difference though .
For example : Take California(55mph max while towing and/or over 6 axles) , they don't put mandatory limiters on the trucks (that I know of) . The fastest trucks in the country come out of California pulling reefers to the east coast . I used to clock them at 85mph + all the time on I-40 in Az/Nm/TxLast edited: Jan 7, 2019

A group called Dam ned(Detroit arts group/thing) tried to buy it. It didn't go thru though.
