I work at Superior Carriers. The first year I drove I made about $40k. I started in March and had 6 weeks of training @ $100/day. The first full year I made 57. Last year I made 65. All drivers where I work are paid at the same rate with the exception of hourly pay, which varies a bit from terminal to terminal.
It isn't particularly hard to find a decent job out of school, it just seems many guys rush and take the first thing that comes along. As a general rule, good jobs don't really need fancy advertisements and recruiters to sell jobs to drivers.
Not making enough money!!
