Don't let anyone tell you no local companies will hire you!
They WILL you just have to go out and look.
Everyone keeps saying there are too may QUALIFIED drivers looking for work
to get a job. How come myself and others I know can't get drivers. And it's not
because of pay we pay VERY good.

Sorry you had to find out the hard way. But that's how many are finding out now....after they've spent the money for school.
Which serves to make a bad situation, worse.

This is one reason why I'm more of a supporter of company schools rather than CDL mills. If you go to Schneider, for example, they're not gonna bring you in and train you if they can't put you in a truck afterwards. -
I'm just wondering how I can get those flags taken away or if I can. I might just have to get a lawyer or do some really long research on how to figure out what to do next -
But as Coonass says, smaller outfits are having trouble getting and retaining drivers. Even new drivers.
I see signs everywhere at outfits needing drivers. But everyone looks at those larger companies, and see beanies and stars. They wouldn't even consider giving a small company a look. Their opinion is, it can't possibly be as good. Where often, it's better.Coonass Thanks this. -

I am going to try my best to go to every local company there is in this area! We got Rosebud out here that's a really good company hauling coal I will try them and hopefully someone gives me a break. My Dad is a mechanic and knows alot of people out here and he's helping me to find a job too. -
