    We hire from wherever, but if you want to be in a company truck which is what we are looking for the most, it would be a benefit if you lived closer to the East Coast. We are based out of TN. We run mostly over on this side of the country.
    2 years of experience needed.

    I was curious if an employer looks down on a 51 yr old greenhorn ? Or would even consider it . 33 yrs plumbing but that gig is for young men .

    In my experience, most trucking companies wouldn't look down on an older newbie. Before my company shutdown our training program, we had passed many people in their 50's and some people in their 60's. My OTR trainer was in his mid 50's and he only received his CDL a year before training me. Good luck!
