Nothing happened because you did nothing about it - grow up, take responsibility.

Thats not really what you said ...

Besides, if he was drinking like you said then you SHOULD have called Stevens and reported him immediately.

    Hello LazyA and the Group:

These kinds of things are pretty common and transparent unfortunately.

Everyone should have the Phone # of the Training Supervisor with them and "get a handle" on the situation, if anything negative starts to happen.
It is always better to get a new trainer, than being asked to leave if B.S. happens.

Sometimes You need to have a fat lazy and physically disabled Trainer, and You can be his servant. Those kind of people really appreciate It and You will be given the respect that You present to this kind of a person, and then maybe he will give You breaks at Your favorite Truckstops, showers more frequently and things like this. All that matters is that You get relaxed and Your required experience and get to be a part of a nice position in a Good Career eventually.

Corporal_Clegg and The Challenger Thank this.

kb3bzy, your post confuses the hell out of me. However, you allowed him to treat you in this manner. Being able to spot stuff like then and being man(or women) enough to stand up for yourself is all that counts. Because in the end, its YOUR training and not THEIRS. And on evaluation forms, there are departments that handle those things. One complaint can be written off as "Mistakes made" but the second and third just adds to the paper trail that will lead into termination.

In lack of something better to say, nut up or shut up.
