I love how paddington thinks we can just get a job doing something else. If someone tells me a job i can do RIGHT NOW, even though i was screwed out of college by a useless scumbag, i will quit RIGHT NOW.

You just described most industries/professions. At least the ones that have survived.

He doesn't think you can get another job...Nor does he care.
He just comes here to hack on the industry that he can't make it in and throw out any insult he can think of to make you feel bad about your career choice.

He never says anything constructive or helpful just a constant string of petty insults and complaints.

When people are miserable in their own lives sometimes they seem to think that the only way they can feel better about their life is to try to bring someone else down to their level of misery and dissappointment.

From the sound of you description, you were driving to fast for conditions. Yes a 4-wheeler might have been a causing factor as well. But when the roads are wet, slick, you needed to go slower than 50mph. Going 30mph or slower might have helped you. Your company can not keep you from talking about this incident on here or any other site. If they fired me I would talk on every site I joined period.. Now that you have ordered your DAC report, when you get it, take it to a attorney, to see if there is anything they can do to help you out.. Try driving a tanker in this crap every day.. I have to pick up and dispose of water from oil, gas, wells everyday even when the weather is bad.. The wells do not take a break for this type of weather, so I have to drive according to the conditions of the road, and with the waster sloshing around it is sometime scary as hell.. Good luck on getting this solved, and you findng a new job..

But you were the only one that crashed.

I'd be willing to bet that there were less experienced drivers out there that night that didn't crash.

So now you want to sue? For a wreck that you caused?

    That's pretty weak!

I agree, its a wreck that you caused and now you want to sue the officials that were on the scene. Were you injured? Do you have documentation that you are now impaired and cant work because of it? I doubt it, just deal with that fact that ya screwed up, wrecked, and now its time to move on.

    Arron, Dude, Chill !!!
Next week, start and check your DAC and MVR. That'll tell you alot, it may take a week or two for the DAC to show, but I doubt it.
Then start applying to companies that do NOT use DAC. You are in a decent part of the country, there is ONE driving job somewhere !!
Get a grip, it happened, get over it, and MOVE ON.

    Good Luck !!!
