Nox conversion low/def quality

I had a very similar issue with a 2016 Volvo... But when it threw that poor quality Def code it also began a count down to derate me... I got pulled into a rest area about 2 miles down the road and did a parked regen... That fixed the code and derate issue... For the time being at least. And that particular regen took over 90 mins to complete!

 

@Two wolfs what year is your truck ? as far as I know since 2011 def pumps don't have bladder.

 

It’s a 2014 cascadia.
I didn’t know about it either but that’s what they said was broken last time I went. New pump as well.
And I did a parked regen as well every time I get the code and flashing def, but it would always come back.

I have a truck with similar to yours 4364/18 issue. All tests are done and passed. I have big doubt that 1-box is toasted. I will check bladder pressure tomorrow.

oh yes. Both my Centuries were good trucks. Real moneymakers.

 

Back to Low Nox BS. I just checked the bladder pressure and it was 0. When I saw that valve I said thank you Germans that you have used regular schrader valve here and not something fancy that would require special tool. I have put 46psi into bladder and now will test it. I will be back in 2-3 days with results.

ON 2012 CASCADIA IT TOOK AROUND 6 MONTHS TO BAD OUTLET SENSOR CODE POP ON DASH .
