    Good to hear it!!!! Throw away the smokes!! I did after 41 years of smoking a pack a day. I had made my heart surgeon a promise that I would quit. Haven't had one for close to 16 years.:biggrin_25520:

    I will quit smoking. They gave me new ideas on a game plan and I'll follow it.

    I'm going to talk with my doctor about trying Chantix again and see what he thinks. The last time I tried it was when my thyroid quit working and my hormones were all messed up. I think now it might agree with me better. :)
