was kinda wondering how much the health insurance is just for a driver and when does it take effect?

$35-$60 week. $15 off for not smoking. 1000 deductible. $10 off if you do their exam annually. Think you just have to wait for it to be processed... I got my card within the month

Prepare yourself for a completely unique experience. Not a bad one, mind you; just different.

Love Nussbaum, my only complaint is that I see my husband for almost exactly 34 hours. If you go with them it's like a marriage, communication is key! Whenever you have any issue you call them immediately. They are sticklers for be on time every time and with high traffic areas this isn't always possible so you need to call them immediately so they can make it where you are on time or change the appointment for later. They give you monthly report cards (which are extremely informative).

Yeah tag axles sux in the winter(I'm guessing you may be speaking of Conway now xpo), we ran them for 2-plus years, they would get stuck at fuel islands...lol...I came close but never got one stuck, but have had to drag my chains out a few times. They finally dumped them after seeing their towing bill go thru the roof, if they would have only listened to us seasoned drivers and the shop, all that could have been avoided, heard they took a bath on the resale value of them to, finally they were made a blanket offer when trade in and may have somehow broke below even. I'm still with the same company, but they have gone back to twin screw drives, all tag axles gone. Towing is also far down to a norm in the winter...I use to call them Florida trucks. ..lol. As far as super singles yes we still run super singles, keep in mind it's in the name of fuel efficiency, sorry but one can buy a set of duallys cheaper, supers are depending on a companies national account cost $1050.00 to $1300.00 each, also when a super blows your roadside, at least with duallys you can limp er in on most occassions. I can put up with the supers but NOT tag axles. Also if you've chained up in the winter for a mountain pass, you will appreciate a dually over a super, the chains are twice as heavy on a super, otherwise shutdown and wait her out..lol
