    Anyone been to the ny dot office on wolf rd in Albany? Will they deal with walk inns. My overweight renewal is lost in the mail and I'm getting the run around on the phone. Is it worth going down there?

    Went down there today. They have a walk in counter open 7am to 3 pm. Very helpful people couldn't believe it. Tks NY dot. Parking a rig would be a pain unless you got there at 7. 1st time I've been there in all these years always did yearly permits by mail.
