NYC bus workers sue diesel makers, claim exhaust cancer-causing

With all the traffic in NYC, I thought just breathing the air would cause that.

 

Again the courts need to stop taking these cases.. they simply need to tell them no... Under that scenario I should be able to sue everybody who has smoked a cigarette near me because i get an instant headache from it.. Frivolous law suits are just another contributing factor in the downfall of America..

 

Amen! Well said driver! It's disgusting the number of ads one can see on TV from some attorney looking to start a class action lawsuit over the effects of a medication, or something else. Then you have the people who sue because they didn't realize the coffee they just bought was hot, or the person who sued an RV manufacturer because they thought 'cruise control' meant they could leave the seat and go make a sandwich! HUH????? Two simple words folks - common sense!
