My experience would say professional, strictly professional and well trained.
Long before 'on call' haz mat on a Friday night, NY based owner op on his way home with a Monday Buffalo delivery of Formaldehyde stopping for his toll ticket on the NB thruway when the slosh blew out a fuesable cap.
It splashed a couple gal out, two toll takers off the hospital and local FD and the safety man from a local chem plant have spread a bunch of spedi-dry. FD hosed off the trailer and a soild cap was installed. Troopers are holding the driver untl I arrive in the company pickup with open top drums and bags of speedi-dry.
Fire Dept replaces the absorbent they used. Thruway has two guys with brooms and shovels with a front end loader to fill my drums as I comiserate with the troopers that the fuesable shouldn't be at either end.
I was thanked for showing up and replacing the absorbents and we all looked at the gathering storm clouds and all agreed it was cleaned up; or that mother nature was about to finish the job.
Anyone familiar with the odor of formaldehyde would understand how during my midnight 'finally' dinner stop on Rt 17 as the rain stopped and I left the dinner to find the pickup sitting all by itself with no autos parked anywhere close....
