    Do places like Conway load vans for other carrier drivers like Swift etc???? Whats the story with this???
    And what decent leases are available for O?O tractors and their owners that dont have much miles...???

    I can't answer your lease questions, but the big carriers offer local P&D for their customers that handle their own OTR/TL shipments. Other carriers will deliver or pickup from their terminal.
