    Basically tubes of caulking (sealant) that are used with a particular building exterior sheathing system. If the consignee is a wholesaler that re-sells the product, they probably can't take it because of the water damaged boxes. If this is an end-user or building supply company, maybe somebody ordered something they shouldn't have and they 'found' a way to refuse a non-returnable load?

    I was thinking the same thing at first this is a supply store. The co-signee has decided to get boxes from manufacturer re- box and sell sealant. But says will not take sub-flooring back.
