O/O looking for a co-driver

Position is for a co-driver. Teaming with the O/O.

About me 36 m
Army veteran 2003 -2005. Deployed to Iraq 2004 -2005
Married with kids.
I am a smoker but can make sure I don't smoke in the truck if that's what you'd perfer.
I do have one of my dogs on occasion a 2 yr old staffshire very clean and chill great protector or a 6 month old huskey again Cleanand as chill as a puppy can be. ( can be left at home if need be.
I own a 2017 freightliner cascadia
George Forman, blender ,coffee maker, microwave , and dorm fridge. ( I don't eat at truck stops alot)

What I'm looking for
6 months experience
Schneiders minimum requirements (I have a contract with them for the next year)
Ability to pass Schneider orientation
Respectful with a strong work ethic
Clean and shower frequently my truck is my home 95% of the year.

What I can offer
W2 or 1099. (To be disscussed)
On a 1099 i can offer 45% of net ends up being around 2300 to 3000 a week
depending on how you drive.
W-2 (we can discuss )
After this truck is paid off you can stay Teaming with me or drive this one.
your choice . As I'll be buying another truck.
Mutual respect.
Decent hometime as I try to get home 2 or 3 days every 2 or so weeks
Home Thanksgiving and Christmas for sure.
