    Just saying, why didn’t you post your equipment on here in the classified section? I’ve know a few that have sent there equipment to Richie bros and they weren’t happy what they ended with after their cut and miscellaneous they added. I was very fortunate that @staceydude followed me in here and bought my 379.

    800k mile truck , Emissions and a tough freight market are the reasons I went the Auction route . There were 10k ppl bidding on equipment that had funds following the auction so it was a easy choice for me . Quick and clean exit .

    FYI- If you had taken all of your depreciation on the truck, those ######## at the IRS will count all of the proceeds from the sale of your truck as income for this year. I found that out the hard way.

    What?

    It should be marked as a loss of the truck too. So, I would think it would even out.

    No, its an asset, if it is fully depreciated to 0, and you sell for 20k, you owe on the 20 k as income
