    Going through the Putnum scales yesterday a couple trucks ahead they pulled one over and waved the rest of us through. The MTO officer was walking aggressively towards the truck with his ticket book ready to lay into the driver. I have no idea what it could he but obviously it must be a few things they found wrong with his truck or license.
