    May not know the whole story but does it surprise me a driver associated with a Prime company hasn't been home in two months? No. I'm guessing he's a lease operator new to the business and is a little overwhelmed and lost. Again, it wouldn't surprise me. Sign them, train them, and shove lease papers in front of them. It's the Prime, O&S, WilTrans way.

    Your son needs to change companies. He may owe O&S for cdl training, but he can deal with that later. Right now he should change companies.
