Only one I routinely get ordered maxed out is NC because the cost of it, unless am in a different one that doesn't charge like TN and WY do. Like my original post said it varies by state and it isn't something I do for every state, whoever quoted me stated I said to always max out weights when I didn't, only put a example of the current ones I had just did and stating had to get my axle weights for those other states
