Ohio's exchange allows for out of state coverage, and also (from my limited research into it) appears to allow for primary policy holder carrying coverage for people who reside out of state. May not apply to most, but is important to me since I have a son with my ex who does not live in the same state I do, and who I'm required to have on my health insurance.
I went and got a tdap vaccine the other day after catching a rusty nail real good. I hand the lady my insurance card and she looked on her computer and handed it back to me saying your bronze plan Obama bs card is no good here. I laughed asked for cash price, $65, paid the lady, took my jab, and rolled out.
