Obtaining my authority

OOIDA will also do the paperwork for your authority, of course you have to pay them.

You can do it yourself but if you make any mistake at all or you omit something you're dealing with government bureaucracy.

I had them do mine and it really wasn't that expensive at all and everything went smoothly and they can tell you exactly what to expect.

 

I did my own. Got the application 99% filled out, and than called them and went through it line by line.

Still got rejected!!!

Turns out since the truck was in my name, they wanted a commercial lease agreement with my LLC. So yeah, it's a pain in the ###.
