So I used to be able to call my local dealer and get part numbers and then shop around for the best price. Now they’re all giving me a hassle and won’t give me the part numbers for that same reason. Does anyone know of a freightliner dealer that I can call and will give me a part number without issue?

When I was a dealer parts person, I didn’t give out free info because I was paid a commission on sales. Would you like to work for free? I didn’t think so.

google your old part number.

Yes you should be able to find it online. At times, ill find the part on eBay or finditparts.com and cross reference any part numbers to make sure im getting correct parts.

Well if that’s the case a price match would work for both partiesBuckeyes614 and ProfessionalNoticer Thank this.

It will stop in about a year. By then, you'll have already replaced all the common crap that breaks and can just check your receipts.
