I have a couple (2) of log violations in the past three years and got my trailer tires stuck in a ditch once in the past three years..ya think Old Dominion will hire me with that? No tickets before that in over 10 years.
I want to go LTL, but I'm not going to apply with anyone but Old Dominion.
If they don't hire me I'll just stay where I am, which by the way, is Transport Service Co. in Baytown, Tx. A subsidiary of Kenan Advantage Group. Formerly Enterprise Transportation, who "sold" the drivers as assets..we're "slow" right now...b.s.....and I am tired of sitting at home waiting for work.
Any advice from any of ya'll O.D. drivers? I would be grateful.

I never heard of a few log violations counting against u. U can have a max of 4 points on ur license. 10 year verifiable work history. If u apply, be honest. They do a complete backgroung check. If u "forget something" they will not hire u
LeadfootSteve Thanks this. -
I forgot the most important thing. Call and talk to the terminal, manager where u want to work. He may ask u to come talk to him, or he may say call back in a month. Be persistant .
